Something Old, Something New
You’ll notice that my Articles posting is pretty light.
Yep.
That’s because I deleted ALL of the old posts as most aren’t relevant anymore.
Over the past 2 years, The Smart Business Owner has evolved drastically. We used to be super heavy focused on helping businesses with their marketing, but our time with owners kept us getting dragged back into the operations side of business because that was usually a bigger mess than their marketing.
Now, we’ve always worked with business owners on the operations side of their business, but it’s just become so incredibly clear that there are enough people out there that specialize in marketing, but not enough people to help owners build the right foundations to truly make their business a success, especially for all the work you put in.
So we’ve revamped completely from the ground up – that’s why you may have come across our hiatus page instead of our homepage.
But we’re back baby!
We have a whole new assortment of trainings, workshops, freebie and will be introducing the Business Survival Blueprint™ – the last vault of training you’ll ever need for running your business – in April of this year.
We’ve also revived our 12-month Done With You program that helps hold you accountable for organizing your business operations, called Systems By Design™, where we focus on a particular area in your business each month. While it’s separate from the Business Survival Blueprint, the two complement each other to give you everything you need to make sure your business foundation is solid so you can scale to whatever heights you desire.
